There are both mandatory and optional questions included in the different forms.  Mandatory questions are for example time from fracture to arrival, time to surgery, fracture type, surgical procedure, sex, age, living alone, disease rating of ASA and length of stay in relation to the percentage of patients discharged to same living as before the fracture. Walking ability and walking aids at follow-up in relation to the ability before the fracture. After four months the results are evaluated in terms of walking ability, walking aids, hip pain and quality of life by EQ5D, as well as complications and reoperations. There is also the opportunity to volunteer issues. One of these is the quality indicator pressure ulcer recorded on arrival, during hospitalization and at discharge.
